The founder of this Institute was late Shri Roop Lal Chaddha. In the year of 2007 it was noticed that there is huge demand of technical manpower even in the Local Industries established in Himachal Pradesh. Our mission is to produce world class trained work force. We at Private ITI Harkukar, Ghumarwin are working hard to tap this strength of the Nation.
